Enjoy tuning into nature on a local outdoor adventure and learn about our beautiful west coast. Then take time to stretch, relax and ground your body with a deep yoga practice. 

 Focus: 

  • Observing how nature can inspire us to feel more connected to ourselves and our bodies. 
  • Having fun with great people who love adventure and meeting new people 
  • Grounding and reflecting on your experience through Yoga and discussion
