WE ARE DESIGNED TO MOVE AND BE MOVED

 

I am passionate about helping people connect to themselves, their bodies, their feelings, and their purpose.  Through yoga, movement, postures, breath and awareness, classes are designed to help you to feel invigorated, grounded and relaxed. Whether it is a physically challenging practice, or a seated meditation, I encourage you to connect in the moment, and to what is present.

When we move our bodies we can connect with a deeper sense of meaning, strength and softness, a purpose deep within us.

When we allow ourselves to BE in the moment with a movement, piece of music, our breath, a feeling, or the calmness in nature we are opening ourselves up to BE MOVED and to feel more ALIVE in our lives, and with our experience.

We release. We challenge. We connect.
